CodEd is an educational tech start-up which seeks to train the youth in technology, specifically programming. The task was to craft a name and a brand identity that’s friendly and easy to relate with.
What we (Alphamerk) did:
The name was derived from the amalgamation of the words Code and Education making CodEd. The design was selected to be able to reflect the basic elements of coding. The color schemes were chosen to to give the design a more friendly look.
We then considered the identity of CodEd. Office Stationery forms an integral part of CodEd’s operations hence the need to design a perfect identity for CodEd through its stationery. The stationery has been designed to reflect CodEd’s identity throughout the company.
Being a start-up, there’s the need for CodEd to announce its existence through advertisements. A billboard advertisement was necessary to achieve this objective. The billboard design is simple and has a clear message to portray what CodEd is about.
We also designed a t-shirt for CodEd’s casual activities.
